Blaine Communication Committee

Co-chairs: Chris Gross & Kim Ann Butler

Duties:

• Maintain clear lines of communication with all levels of the Blaine Wrestling organization
• Keep an accurate database of contact information for all members of the Blaine Wrestling organization, with special emphasis on keeping an accurate email address
• Disseminate all pertinent information on club and team practices, matches, and all other activities to the appropriate parties within the organization
• Engage in regular recruiting efforts for all levels of Blaine Wrestling, including attempting to find additional coaches and volunteers that fit the organizations goals and values, and recruiting athletes for all levels of the program.
• Maintain regular contact with local media sources and attempt to publicize the business of the club and its members to promote a positive image of the organization
• Maintain a internet website with club information for all levels of Blaine Wrestling and ensure that the information up to date and accurate
• Assist coaches and managers in creating a yearly highlight video and any other promotional videos for the Blaine Wrestling organization.
