- This program, designed
for young kids, and will focus on the basics of wrestling
rules, skills & techniques, emphasizing physical
fitness and the fun of the sport.

Bengal Claw Program:

- 3rd - 5th Graders
|
- 6:30 - 8:30pm (Mon and Wed)
|
- This program
is intended for older kids. Many of our 3-5th graders
have been in wrestling before. This program is designed
to offer more advanced instruction then the younger kids,
but will offer the basic ground-work for the beginner
wrestlers.
